So I've been updating my recipe notebook lately and just had to share these yummy moist and healthy muffins with you guys, they are addictive! easy to make and yummy in taste!
So all you need is : 13/4 cup Rye flour, 1/4 cup honey, 2 mashed bananas, 1/2 cup zero fat greek yoghurt, 3 Tbs coconut oil, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 eggs, 11/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Directions :1- first you need to mix the dry ingredients together ( Rye flour and baking powder ).
2- In another bowl mix well ( banana, oil, blueberries, eggs, honey, yoghurt and vanilla ).
3- Add the dry ingredients mix and bake :)
