Lemon & blueberry smoothie

Want a smoothie recipe packed with vitamins, antioxidants and calcium? check out our recipe!






All you need is : 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup zero fat greek yoghurt, 1Tbs lemon juice, 1/2 cup cold water, 1Tbs lemon zest. add ice ( optional ), top it up with some fresh blueberries or lemon zest!




Blend blend blend! and you'll get this light shade of pretty purple the texture will be kind of thick ( I like its thickness ), you can add more water or maybe milk any flavour your choice!
